Milk is very benefit for everyone, since
children to adults. I hope everyone will like drinking milk, because it's have
benefit to body and it's delicious, which now there are milk of many flavors to
make drinking easier.But present, People
drink less milk and turned to drink sparkling water, because its have a sweet
taste.
Milk
has disadvantage on our health. Drinking a glass of milk a day makes your bones
stronger, milk even prevents us from cancer. Consuming a glass of milk daily
gives you many benefits, but there are few disadvantages. It
is high in Saturated Fats. Milk does not only add extra calories, but it adds
extra fat calories. And the fats, being saturated fats, are also of the
